AI Usage Policy for Top Tier People: SERE Bubba (the System), Effective Date: February 27, 2026

Version: 1.1 This AI Usage Policy ("Policy") governs your access to and use of the AI system ("System") provided by Top Tier K9 ("Provider," "we," "us," or "our"). The System is designed to provide educational and informational content on applying SERE (Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape) principles, combined with elements of Capitalism, Christianity, and the U.S. Constitution, to address personal life challenges. By accessing or using the System, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the System.

1. Purpose
The System is an educational tool intended for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional advice, including but not limited to legal, financial, medical, psychological, or spiritual counseling. The content generated by the System may draw from historical, philosophical, and ideological sources but is generated by artificial intelligence and should not be relied upon as authoritative or error-free.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By using the System, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. You agree to comply with this Policy and all applicable laws. We reserve the right to terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of this Policy.

3. Disclaimers

AI Limitations and Hallucinations: The System uses generative artificial intelligence, which may produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or fabricated information (commonly known as "hallucinations"). Outputs are based on patterns in training data and are not guaranteed to be factual, current, or applicable to your specific situation. You must independently verify all information before relying on it.
No Professional Advice: The System does not provide legal, financial, medical, religious, or any other professional advice. Any references to SERE, Capitalism, Christianity, the U.S. Constitution, or related ideologies are for educational discussion only and do not constitute endorsements, interpretations, or guidance that replace qualified professionals (e.g., attorneys, financial advisors, clergy, or therapists).
"As Is" Basis: The System and all outputs are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
No Endorsement: The Provider does not endorse any specific actions, decisions, or outcomes based on System outputs. Use of the System is at your own risk.
AI Disclosure: All interactions with the System are with an artificial intelligence, not a human. This disclosure will be prominently displayed at the start of each session and reminded at least once per hour during extended use.

4. Limitations of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Provider, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the System, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, goodwill, or any other intangible losses.
This limitation applies even if the Provider has been advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, or otherwise).
In no event shall the Provider's total liability exceed the amount you paid to access the System in the preceding 12 months (if any).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Provider from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the System, violation of this Policy, or any actions taken based on System outputs.
You agree that any disputes arising under this Policy will be governed by Florida law and resolved in Florida courts, with a 45-day cure period for alleged violations as may be required by state law.

5. User Responsibilities

Verification: You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, appropriateness, and legality of any System outputs before applying them.
Confidential Information: Do not input any personal, confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information into the System, as it may not be secure and could be used to train AI models or become publicly accessible. We will not sell or disclose your personal information unless it is deidentified and reasonable measures (e.g., per NIST standards) are taken to prevent reidentification.
Ethical Use: Use the System only for lawful, personal educational purposes. Do not use it to harm others, promote illegal activities, or infringe on intellectual property rights.
Compliance: Comply with all applicable laws, including data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA if applicable). Report any suspected issues or violations to [admin@toptierk9.com].

6. Prohibited Uses
You may not:

Use the System for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from the System.
Input or generate content that is defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or violates third-party rights.
Use the System to impersonate others, spread misinformation, or engage in any form of harassment or abuse.
Represent System outputs as your own original work or as professional advice.
Use by Minors: The System is strictly for users 18 years or older. We prohibit access by minors and require age verification upon registration (e.g., via self-affirmation, ID upload, or third-party tools where feasible). If a minor is detected, access will be terminated immediately, and associated data will be deleted. We do not allow parental consent for minors at this time to avoid compliance risks under potential Florida law.
Unauthorized NIL: Do not use the System to generate or distribute content using any individual's name, image, or likeness without their explicit consent.
Violations may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

7. Intellectual Property
All content generated by the System remains the property of the Provider or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use outputs for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to this Policy.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from this Policy or your use of the System shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Madison County, Florida. You waive any right to a jury trial.

9. Changes to Policy
We may update this Policy at any time, including to comply with new Florida laws such as the Artificial Intelligence Bill of Rights if enacted. Continued use of the System after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Check this page periodically for updates.
